SERVICE FEES

Turner Arc Service Fee Schedule

Service Callout Fee:

A callout fee of $180 (+GST) applies, which includes the first half-hour of labour.
Labour Charges:

Subsequent labour is charged at $60 (+GST) per each additional half-hour or part thereof.
Materials and Additional Costs:

Costs for parts and materials required for service will be added as incurred.
Any paid parking expenses incurred during the service call will be charged at cost.
Travel Surcharge:

For service locations beyond a 1-hour travel radius from our Currumbin office, additional travel costs will be applied.
Authorisation:

This fee structure is authorised by the client company. All services rendered by Turner Arc will adhere strictly to the outlined charges.
